Many people admit that it is difficult to tell the difference between ramyeon and ramen. Ramyeon is a noodle soup that is typical of Korea, whereas ramen is a noodle soup from Japan. The two have quite a different taste where the ramen soup is usually more "mild", and the ramyeon soup is a bit more "kick".

Both have a savory taste. However, ramen soup is usually made from real stock while ramyeon is an instant seasoning. Well, if you want to make your own ramyeon at home, you can use indomie at home, you know! Here, peek at the following alternative recipe.

 

Indomie Ramyeon Recipe

Ingredients

  • Indomie, any taste
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 sausage, cut crosswise
  • 1 stalk scallion, sliced crosswise
  • 1/4 Onion, sliced
  • Corned beef, to taste
  • Tofu, cut into squares
  • 1 egg
  • 1 piece of Cheese

How to make

  • Heat approximately 200-300 ml of water to a boil in a wide skillet.
  • Once it boils enough, add the noodle seasoning to the water.
  • Add onions and sausages until quite cooked.
  • Mix the soup with the filtered Gochujang.
  • Put the noodles in the middle of the skillet.
  • Add the corned beef, tofu, scallions on the sides around the noodles.
  • Place the cheese on top of the noodles.
  • Add the eggs and let it all cook by closing the skillet.
  • Ramyeon Indomie is ready to be served directly on the skillet.

Indomie Chicken Onion Ramyeon Recipe by Ima Nf

Below is the recipe for Indomie Ayam Bawang Ramyeon (Indomie Onion Chicken). The Indomie Ayam Bawang Ramyeon recipe made by Ima Nf can be served 1 portion. All ingredients can be found in every minimarket in Indonesia, whether you want to buy it at Indomaret or at Alfamaret is up to you, what is clear is that the ingredients are easy to buy and the price of the ingredients is cheap and fits the pockets of Indonesian people.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Indomie Ayam Bawang noodles
  • 2 chicken nuggets (I use goldstar brand)
  • 3 sheets of nori (I use nori seaweed, Mama Suka's brand)
  • 1 chicken egg
  • Bon Cabe (I used the lv15 one, according to taste)

How to make

  1. Boil the chicken eggs until half cooked, about 4 minutes or according to taste, can be cooked evenly or not, if it has been boiled, peel the skin and then cut it in half and place it in a separate container first.
  2. Fry the nuggets until cooked until they are yellow, then drain and cut lengthwise. Put them in the egg container earlier.
  3. Take 3 pieces of nori or more according to taste and then cut it lengthwise. Unite it in the previous container.
  4. Prepare a bowl for noodles and open the seasoning and put it in a bowl. Prepare 2 cups of water to boil in a saucepan, if the water is boiling, pour some into the bowl, then use the remaining water in the pot to boil the noodles until cooked.
  5. After the noodles are cooked, drain and put in a bowl containing the seasoning powder. Then arrange the eggs, pieces of nuggets, nori, then sprinkle the Bon Cabe powder.
