I chose beef because I wanted the dimsum to taste more delicious, actually you can also use chicken or chopped seafood. or it's up to your taste, what kind of meat to eat.

In China, dim sum is often served with breakfast and accompanied by warm tea. In China this is called the yamcha event. And the name of dimsum in china is actually Dianxin, maybe you are wondering then why is it called Dimsum. Actually this happened because Hong Kong popularized dixian with the name dimsum all over the world.
