How To Cook Kikkoman Bulgogi Beef :

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients using a blender, puree.

Ingredient:

  • 1 stalk of chicory, sliced 4 parts
  • 2 sticks of Bok choy/pakcoy, sliced into 4 parts
  • Onion, sliced long
  • Bell peppers, long slices
  • 1 knuckle of ginger, long slices
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 ounces ground beef, sirloin or other prime beef (little fat and veins), sliced
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Pepper
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce, any brand doesn't matter as long as it's salty
  • Sesame Seeds

How To Cook Simple Bulgogi Beef :

  1. Mix the sliced beef with minced garlic, ginger and onion slices for about 1 hour (preferably 1 day) plus the sesame oil and soy sauce.
