Simple Water Apples Shaped Guava Pudding Recipe

Simple Guava Pudding Recipe Special in the form of Water Apples. Pudding has become one of the favorite foods that are loved by both children and adults, apart from its sweet and chewy taste, it is also high in fiber, so it is believed to be very good for helping the human digestive system.

Anyone can easily make pudding, just mix water, sugar, and gelatin powder or pudding powder, bring to a boil over the fire and it's done.

Back to the topic of guava pudding which actually doesn't use any ingredients from guava, whether it's red guava, guava, green guava, but the shape of this pudding is similar to the shape of red guava or water apples. So it's just the shape that resembles a red guava fruit and you can modify the color, such as guava pudding with rainbow colors, for example guava pudding in green, blue, purple, yellow, orange, etc. Guava pudding is made from pudding and gelamix.

Gelamix is a blend of pudding and jelly. But I use the brand Nutrijel when executing this recipe. The key secret is the right amount of water when making this pudding. The right amount of water gives it a soft texture.

Gellamik or gelamix is different from nutrijel, in nutrijel it contains a little gelamic, the top of the clear transparent pudding is gelamix, the function and use of gelamix is to beautify the pudding, because fresh fruits always look fresh. That's the secret to making the pudding look beautiful and attractive and look fresh and unique like the silky pudding Puyo recipe. There are 2 types of gelamix, namely ordinary gelamix and super gelamix. In this guava pudding recipe we use gelamix super.

If you don't have gelamix, you can use clear pudding or clear nutrijell (plain nutrijell). But the clearness is definitely different and the taste is definitely different too, if the gelamix tastes really sweet and a bit chewy.

In addition, pudding can also be mixed with various types of fruits and vegetables to add variety to pudding recipes and fruit pudding flavors such as oranges, avocados, strawberries, pineapples, carrots, bananas, guavas, water apples, spinach and so on.

This guava pudding recipe, which is becoming more popular and viral, is trending and is becoming a hit in the group, and it doesn't have any basic ingredients from guava at all, either red guava or water. Only the shape that resembles a guava is called a guava pudding. Meanwhile, to make guava pudding requires a spirit of art and patience, but it is guaranteed that you will not regret making it, because the final result it produces is in accordance with the time and energy spent, also has a fairly high selling value in Indonesia.
