GREEN PUDDING RECIPE WITH YOUNG COCONUT

GREEN PUDDING INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
  • 1 pack of jelly powder
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 100 ml of suji leaf water from 30 pounded suji leaves
  • 2 drops green food coloring
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 5 egg whites
  • 25 grams of sugar
