TOAST BREAD PUDDING RECIPE

INGREDIENT :

  • 4 slices of white bread, torn
  • 125 ml fresh milk
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 Orange (Optional)
  • 84 gram sweetened condensed milk
  • 30 grams grated cheddar cheese
  • Raisins, according to your taste


HOW TO MAKE TOAST BREAD PUDDING:

  1. Mix fresh milk, sweetened condensed milk and eggs. Add the lemon juice. Stir well
  2. Enter the white bread that has been torn into pieces with grated cheese and raisins into the milk mixture
  3. The slices of bread must be completely submerged. Leave it for 2-3 minutes until the bread rises
  4. Pour into a heatproof dish. When making this pudding I used a 10 cm x 15 cm aluminum foil pan.
