VILLAGER SUGAR DONAT RECIPES

INGREDIENT :

  • 500 grams of bogasari flour or Instant Donut Premix Flour, Premium Quality DKU Donuts
  • 1/2 pack of instant yeast approximately 11 grams
  • 200 cc of clean water
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk powder or sweetened condensed milk.


HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE DONAT:

  1. Beat 2 eggs with a spoon only.
  2. Add sugar, salt, milk, butter, flour. Then mix well.
  3. Mix the yeast in the water and mix well, and add it to the dough. After that knead until smooth, and let stand in a closed container for about 20 minutes until the dough looks fluffy.
  4. Take 1 tablespoon of dough and round it, then store it in a container that has been dusted with flour so that the dough doesn't stick. Do this until the dough runs out and let it rest for 20 minutes until the dough circles look fluffy.
  5. Heat up some cooking oil so that the donuts cook well. Make a hole in the center of the dough circle and fry it on a low heat so the donuts don't burn.
  6. Once cooked, remove and let the donuts cool.
  7. Once cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
